The California Association of REALTORS® is now home to an official Directory of Transaction Coordinators. These real estate professionals have met specific requirements including having completed C.A.R.'s Certified TC (17+ hour) education program. REALTOR® members that are interested in contacting and potentially working with participants in the C.A.R. TC Directory may reach out based on, and using the information listed below.
Agents should always talk with their brokers before disclosing any transaction details to another professional party or involving them in some part of the transaction process.

All C.A.R. Members that choose to take advantage of this list of Transaction Coordinators should perform their own research. C.A.R. has gathered this list of individuals so that REALTORS® might have a place to start when searching for a Transaction Coordinator. This is not a vetting program and while the list is featured on car.org, the individuals listed here are not employees or partners of the Association. The information displayed here is listed for convenience and was curated with C.A.R. members in mind.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Transaction Coordinators can subscribe to be part of the Directory program for (1) year or two (2) years at $99.00 and $149.00 respectively. Subscriptions are good for one (1) year or two (2) years, depending on the subscription period you select. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by sending an email to [email protected] specifically requesting a cancellation or modification. If we receive your cancellation email within the first five (5) calendar days after your subscription is placed (“Refund Period”), we will refund your subscription fee. There will be no refunds if you cancel your subscription after the Refund Period or if your TC Certification expires during your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period, unless we receive an email from you five (5) calendar days before the end of your subscription period requesting non-renewal. If you cancel your subscription after the Refund Period and before the end of your subscription period, your information will also be removed from the TC Directory.

You understand and agree that you may not advertise, without C.A.R.’s prior written approval, that you are endorsed or affiliated with C.A .R. in any way.
